How Daniel Dixon built a $100 million empire in 6 years

The most challenging part of the real estate journey is the evolution from agent to business owner. The transition from selling to being an entrepreneur is something many agents fear and retreat from for as long as possible. Daniel Dixon is an exception to this norm. He made this progression swiftly and decisively, almost from the beginning of his real estate journey. In four years, he has scaled his real estate business up to $100 million in sales, and a successful lending business. 

He is running a black-owned, women-led, home-grown business, and building an empire that’s big enough for the goals and dreams of everyone on his team. 

It’s rare to come across an agent who gets into the game with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is what allowed him to hit the ground running and do what so many agents resist doing, getting a coach and scaling by hiring an army of agents.  

As agents, we have the opportunity to not just have a great income, but to also build a life that allows us to put our families first. But this is only possible if we focus on building an actual business, not just selling real estate. For Daniel, this has always been the goal, or “the sticker on the wall” as he calls it, and that clarity has driven every single decision he has made.  

I sat down with Daniel to talk about his journey, the incredible work he is doing and how his own life inspired him to empower others.
