    sounds like you might be oinvolved with more than one online tracking system. SureClose(?)which the client sees, and another than the lender (BofA) may require, like REO Trans? Is that what happens at least sometimes? Does SureClose work for handling the file with lenders who don’t have their own system?

    Hey Roger – You’re right we do have to use REO trans with our BofA files now…and were seeing GMAC move that way as well….But we completley manage that process and use sureclose for our clients and everyone else in the trasnaction on our side of things. As of right now, we are using both sureclose and REO Trans…which is ok with us as long as we keep getting the deals approved! =)
