    OMG!! You are both human – you pee too!! Wow!! Thanks for sharing! Have had this happen in the passed but got through it without too much effort! But we can certainly expect to deal with this and other crazy situations with each and every short sale we put our heart& soul into! But it’s good to see others have dealt with it and that is an obstacle that can be dealt with!! Just need to “negotiate” a solution!! And get it to closing!! Bottom line – we can do it!!
