    I think short sales will continue,it will probably increase a bit due to this chain of title and assignment issues. Eventually, as the servicers receive more pressure from the investors and face many lawsuits and buybacks, the share of loan mods and short sales should increase.

    Just got a 800k short sale w/2 liens approved in 40 days. Some say it’s because the banks want to hurry up and approve now. I say it’s because I think like you. Love your show guys!
