My Crazy Employee was with Wachovia. The negotiator requested she must talk to the borrower before we go forward. I asked her if she knew why I included a death certificate in my short sale package? She said “I guess someone died” I said “Yes the borrower” she said “well I still need to talk to her!” I said “I am sorry but she is 6 feet under and that would be very difficult” she said “I guess I will have to talk to my manager.” True story! You can’t make this stuff up!
