Don’t you know the vast numbers of jobs that exist, and are created, in all these BS Agencies and Departments?
You and your dang “common sense” are going to drive up the unemployment numbers even higher – thus assuring Obama’s defeat next election cycle.
Attorneys, lobbyists, clerks and – yes, even political consultants are all doomed if this common sense thing of yours takes over.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad that over 90% of the agents and brokers in my area don’t understand this stuff. Most of them are bufoons. They have never thought of thinking outside the lines on anything. BTW everything the government gets involved doesn’t work, think Katrina, Post Office, etc: Great work see you guys in Vegas.

@Josh ~ sure hope you don’t have your real estate license. Just kidding, sorta. MARS is a new federal law which places VERY STRICT rules on Realtors who specifically charge fees for negotiating short sales.
