Amazing…I was at another office today doing some coaching. One of the short sale power hour daily watchers made an observation… She said “Coach, I fnd it interesting that everyone that is ‘outback’ and good at short sales seems to also be abnormally ‘crazy’.” I took it as a compliment of course, as it was meant to be!!!!!!!!!!

I’ll go on record to say that yes Group 46:10 has closed a B of A short sale in under 90 days with the approval received at about 60 days. How do I know this?
