Why Banks Approve "Big Ticket" Short Sales – 04/05/10

20100405-NickCameron-WillieMays

Nick Cameron shows us why banks love the “Big Ticket” (luxury) short sales.  Why?  It is all in the percentages.

“Don’t be lazy!  Get up and go to work!”

For all of you wondering…  Why Willie Mays?  Nick Cameron is a Giants fan and is the “30 under 30” club.  Willie Mays is a Giant and in the “30/30” club.  I think if Willie was doing short sales…  He would be outback!

Nick..you rock. Thanks for getting the mindset rolling this week. But why would a guy who wants to be first be a fan of team who strives for 2nd place all the time?? Sorry did I say that out loud.

It’s sooo TRUE! Once you realize that banks all operate using percentages as their guidelines, the business becomes much easier.

WOW, Nick, I was totally on board with you until you missed the CHEER at the end. A true sports fan can suspend belief and limitations to suppor that cheer! Come on brother!

Besides that, great session, great perspective Nick! Appreciate the efforts and openness to share, and the FIRE you speak with around hiring/firing of self!

    Crush it!
