    You know what is harder than getting the short sales done! Knowing that you let your client down, you let the buyer down, the buyers agent, your own family, the bank, and the investor, just because you are afraid of a little hard work.

    If you are not willing to put in the work don’t take the short sale!!!! PLEASE!
