Count me in, I love calling out the people that need to be called out!!!

I HATE the “expert” term. It is nearly impossible to be an expert at short sales with the way they change the rules daily

I only have $475…can I still get my license?

  4. Fred Weaver on February 17, 2010 at 12:17 am

No, Brian, I’m afraid when I become Real Estate Commissioner you’ll have to pay $20,000+ a year for a license.

    Smart-alack little brothers…

Nothing is really impossible, accept in your head!

I agree with the re license fee — let’s weed out the clueless ones 🙂

Two words: Sound Bites – the media are puppets to lobbyists and PR firms. The media perpetuates the story du jour & whoever has an axe to grind gets their 15min. As for fact checking. Come on boys you know better. In the last 20 odd years we don’t have any such thing as a fair, responsible media. Yellow journalism and “edutainment” is what sells. The other thing and this is important. The media is used as a smokescreen. I’m glad you’re calling this out! Oh btw, one thing though, I need a new designation – it’s FWIV, SSPH & KK & MC – 🙂 I thought you guys would enjoy that

Uzi – Designation coming soon just for you.

I can’t wait to sit in a class and listen to someone who has less experience than I do try to tell me how to be an “Expert”. Are they going to also teach you how to handle sleazy bank tactics and strategies put in place by the banks to purposely deter more people from short sales(equator)? All of these classes have to cater to political correctness. Short Sales are not Politically Correct in any fashion whatsoever! I think short sale power hour defines that point 🙂

  10. Jeff Payne on February 17, 2010 at 9:47 pm

Coming soon, Short Sale Power Hour expert designation, only $100,000 per person!! just watch all the videos, send Kevin and Fred $100K and you too can be an expert! NOT

  11. Fred Weaver on February 17, 2010 at 11:10 pm

Michele – Glad you like the idea 🙂

Uzi – great summary of the media!

Derek – Seriously! Who’s going to teach this class?

Jeff – I’ll take your 100K any time!

Calling out the good and the bad is an awesome idea. Would you guys be willing to share the good and bad experiences of your viewers as well?

  13. Fred Weaver on February 21, 2010 at 2:13 am

Not 100% sure I understand your question Raquel, but if you’re asking if we’ll share a story of yours or other viewers on an episode my reply would be we’ll certainly consider it. Let us know!
